Terms And Conditions

This is to notify that all communication(s) in regard to Travel Service bookings must be addressed to M/s Travel At Time.

General Terms & Conditions:

• Staring and Closing Km along with Time are calculated from our office and back.
• Actual Distance travelled will be taken for final rate calculation.
• Final Fareis exclusive of Service Tax (GST)
• Rentals are calculations will be from the trip start time.

For one-day trips, after 24 hours from the trip starting time, 25% will be charged extra on the price for each extra kilometre than the permitted limit.

Night charges are applicable if the journey extends after night 10:00 PM until 6:00 AM, an extra day will be counted for calculation if it crosses 12:00 Night, irrespective of the Start time.

Road toll charges, parking charges and state permits will be charged extra at actuals.

• During the trip, if the vehicle gets Damaged/ Dirty due to the Guest, either intentionally or accidentally, entire Repair / Cleaning cost should be borne by the Guest.
• Vehicles are subjected to availability. However, if the chosen and the booked vehicle is not available at the time of the journey, an equivalent vehicle will be arranged in a similar segment.
• Smoking, Consumption of alcohol and other narcotic substances in the Vehicle or during the journey is strictly prohibited as per government norms and rules.

Booking Related:

• Booking confirmation will be given on the registered mobile number and e-mail ID of the Customer
• The package contains only the travelling cost of the vehicle. Other than this parking charges, toll charges, state permits, your accommodation, all food, sightseeing, entrance charges, guide services, etc. are not considered.

Payment:

• Payment can be done thru many methods. It can be by Cash, Demand Draft, Crossed Cheque and Online transfer-thru Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking. Also thru mobile-based App like PayTM
• Payment can be done in personal or on self-behalf or for sponsoring others.

Cancellation Policy:

The customers agrees that
If we cancel the tour, the customer is eligible to get a total refund of the actual amount paid.
If the customers do the cancellation, amount deduction will be done as per below guidelines.

For Multi-Day Journey:

• 0% of tour charges if cancelled before 48 hours
• 10% of tour charges if cancelled before 36 hours
• 50% of tour charges if cancelled before 24 hours
• 100% of tour charges if cancelled below 24 hours

For Single Day Journey:

• Packages and Quick Booking : 100% Charges if cancelled below 4 hours
• Packages and Quick Booking : 10% Charges if cancelled before 4 hours
• Airport Pickup or/and Drop : 100% Charges if cancelled below 4 hours
• Airport Pickup or/and Drop : 10% Charges if cancelled before 4 hours

Refund:

• Based on the “Cancellation & Refund Policy” as mentioned above, if eligible, the refund will be processed in 5-7 working days. In case of any issues, please contact us.
• The refund amount will be credited to the same mode of payment that you had used while booking; the only exception, in this case, is if you had used Cash/Demand Draft in such case, the mode of payment for the refund will be 'Account Payee' Cheque only. In case of Credit Card, the transaction would be reversed accordingly, considering the bank charges/Service charges on Credit Card payments, which is non-refundable.

Grievances:

• We provide our finest services to the customers, for apleasant and memorablejourney. Sometimes, plans may go not in expected lines. If you have any complaint, please inform our tour guide or our front desk staff, they will arrange all probable acceptable ways to resolve the issue instantly. If the response is not to your satisfaction, then you must inform in writing to the management within 14 days of the journey concluding. If you do not write to us within this time, this will affect the scrutiny and result of the complaint. Any disagreements between customers and Travel At shall be administered by Jurisdiction on Pimpri-Chinchwad limits.

Our Accountability

• Weapprove for the accountability for those arrangements for your travel, which are totallyunder our control. Therefore, admit liability to customers for the disregard of our employees. Nevertheless, we would like to bringnotice to the following conditions which fall outside our direct control or where for some reason we are not/ cannot prepare to accept accountability.
• We shall, in no situations whatever be accountable to the customer or any person travelling with him or her for: Any death, personal injury, sickness, accidents, loss, delay, discomfort, increased expenses, consequential events further.
• We cannot take the obligation for commercial activities, which are out of our control such as natural disasters, industrial disputes, the reason of threat or war, riots, civil strife, terrorist activities, technical problems to the transport, extreme weather conditions, closure of the airports and seaports and similar event, or are due to unusual and unforeseeable
